Instagram Likes Viewer: See Who Liked Any Post

Type any public username, pick a post, and read the list of people who liked it. You also get the real like count, even on posts where Instagram hides the number. Free, no login, and nobody knows you looked.

Try a username like nike, or paste a link like instagram.com/p/...

Why people use it

Four things the app will not give you

The real like count

An account can switch its counter off. That only hides the number in the app. The total is still on the post, and it shows up here.

Names you can read

Picture, display name and handle on one line, in a list that holds still. No popup that scrolls away while you are reading it.

Nobody is told

You are not signed in, so there is no account for Instagram to attach the lookup to. The poster and the likers see nothing.

No login, no app

Type a username or paste a link. Any public post or reel works, on phone or desktop, free every time.

Reading the list

What every row tells you

Each liker carries three signals pulled straight from their public profile. Here is the same row you see above, with the parts named.

Coloured ringThis account has a story live right now.
Blue checkInstagram verified this account.
Private tagTheir posts sit behind a follow request.

The hidden count

Likes that are switched off still show here

Instagram let accounts hide their like count in 2021. That setting changes what the app draws on screen. It does not remove the number from the post, which is why this viewer can still read it.

The number is gone. You cannot tell 400 apart from 400,000.

The exact figure, plus the play count when the post is a reel.

How it works

Three taps, start to finish

1

Type a public username, or paste a post or reel link from the app.

2

Pick any post from the grid. Its likes load beside it straight away.

3

Search the list, then tap a name to open that profile.

Straight answer

What it does and does not do

It does
  • Show the exact like total, including hidden counters
  • List roughly the last 100 people who liked
  • Show play counts on reels
  • Work on any public account, with no login
It does not
  • List all 200,000 likers of a big post. No public tool can
  • Read anything from a private account
  • Show who liked a story. Instagram keeps that private
  • Prove a like was bought. It shows signals, not verdicts

Instagram likes viewer FAQ

How can I see who liked someone's Instagram post?

Paste the post link into the box above, or type the account's username and pick the post from the grid. The liker list loads next to the post with each person's picture, name and handle. You do not need an Instagram account and you are not asked to log in anywhere.

Can I check Instagram likes anonymously?

Yes. Reading a public post through this page is not an interaction, so there is nothing for Instagram to attribute to you. You are not signed in, the poster gets no notification, and none of the people in the list are told. It is the same as opening a public profile in a browser tab.

Why can't I see who liked a post on Instagram anymore?

Two separate things changed. Instagram gave accounts a switch to hide their like count from viewers, and it removed the tap-to-see-likes list on other people's posts in most places. Both are display choices inside the app. The like data itself is still attached to the post, which is why it can still be read here. Our guide on how to see who liked an Instagram post walks through what changed and when.

Can it show likes when the count is hidden?

Yes, and this is the part most tools are vague about. Hiding likes only removes the number from the app view. The total stays on the post, so a post that shows no number to everyone else still shows its exact figure here. On reels you also get the play count.

How many likers can I actually see?

Around 100 of the most recent ones. The like total is exact, but the name list is a recent sample. A post with 200,000 likes has 200,000 likers and no public tool can list them all. Anyone promising the full list of a large post is not being straight with you.

Does the likes viewer work on private accounts?

No. Instagram serves nothing from a private account to anyone outside its approved followers, so there is no public data for any tool to read. This is a platform rule, not a limit we chose. If the account switches to public, its posts become readable here.

What types of posts can I view likes on?

Photos, videos, reels and carousels all work, as long as the account is public. Reels return a play count on top of the like count, which tells you how many people watched without tapping anything.

Is the Instagram likes viewer free?

Yes, with no signup, no card and no trial. There is a fair use cap per day so one heavy user cannot slow the tool down for everyone else, and ordinary use never reaches it.

Can I see who liked a story?

No. Story likes and story viewers stay private to the person who posted, and Instagram never exposes them publicly. No tool can read them. Anything claiming to is guessing.

What do the tags next to each name mean?

Private means that account keeps its posts behind a follow request. The blue check means Instagram verified it. A coloured ring around the picture means that account has a story live right now. All three come from the public profile data, not from any guess on our side.
