Credits do not unlock a different site. Every tool works for everyone. What changes is how much you can do in a day, and how deep you can go on a post once you have an account.

Paying changes how much you can look at. It does not change what there is to look at. Other tools promise these and cannot deliver them either, so here is the list before you pay rather than after.
Each one returns 24 hours after you used it. Use five in the morning and five in the evening, and those come back the next morning and the next evening. Use all twenty in one sitting and they all return together a day later.
Every fresh pull from Instagram costs us real money. Twenty a day sits high enough that most visitors never reach it, and low enough that one automated script cannot drain the day for everybody else. Nothing you have already opened counts twice.
Yes. They keep coming whether you have bought credits or not, and they are always used first. Your paid balance only starts moving once the free ones are gone.
Yes. A balance has to belong to somebody, so you sign in or create a free account before checkout opens. It takes an email address and a password. Your Instagram is never involved at any point.
Gumroad runs the checkout and takes the payment, by card or PayPal. Your card details go to them, never to us, and the receipt comes from them. The credits are added to your Tracygram account as soon as the payment goes through.
They do not. There is no monthly reset wiping what you paid for and no clock running in the background. Buy 500 today, use 40 this week and the rest next year if that is how it works out.
You are not charged for it. If something errors out on our side, or we have to fall back on an older saved copy instead of a fresh pull, the credit returns to your balance on its own. The one case that does cost a credit is a lookup that works and tells you the profile does not exist, because that is a real answer and it cost us a call to get.
People reach for a tool like this in bursts, usually about one account, usually for a few days. A subscription charges you for the months you did not open it. With credits you pay in the weeks you use it, the rest carries forward, and there is nothing to cancel.
Yes, on any unused balance, within 14 days. Email us from the address on your account. Gumroad sends the money back the same way it came in, to the same card or PayPal account.
