One inbox for everything: hello@tracygram.com. Questions, privacy requests, copyright takedowns, and profile removals. Real humans, honest reply times.
Email hello@tracygram.com or use the form on this page. Both go to the same people.
In short: email hello@tracygram.com or use the form below. Both reach the same small team.
Tracygram has one inbox: hello@tracygram.com. Everything sent there is read by the people who actually build and run the site. You can read who we are and how Tracygram works before you write. There is no ticket bot, no autoresponder maze, and no support tier to fight through. You write, we read, we reply, usually within a few business days.
The contact form on this page goes to the same inbox. It is handled by our own server, and we use what you submit only to reply to you. The details are in our privacy policy.
Everything lands in the same inbox, but this table shows what to say so we can act in one round trip.
In short: everything lands in the same inbox, but naming your topic and including the right details means we can act on your first message instead of your third.
| Topic | What to include in your message | Where to read more |
|---|---|---|
| General questions and feedback | How a tool works, an idea for a new one, something that feels off. Plain words are fine. | Just email us. We read all of it, and it shapes what we build next. |
| Bug reports | Which tool, what you did, what you expected, what happened instead, and your device and browser. A screenshot helps a lot. | Just email us. |
| Privacy requests | The approximate date and time you used the site, the public username you searched, and your country. | The next section on this page, plus the rights section of our privacy policy. |
| Copyright takedowns and profile removals | The exact Instagram URL or username, your relationship to the content or account, and the outcome you want. | Our copyright and content removal page has the full checklist. |
| Press and partnerships | What you are writing about or proposing. Questions about the project are welcome. | One note up front: we do not sell placements or run sponsorships, so pitches for those will get a polite no. |
You do not need to sound formal, and you do not need to be an expert to report something. If your topic is not in the table, write anyway.
Our analytics logs use hashed identifiers, which protects you but honestly limits what we can find.
In short: you can ask what our logs might contain about you, or ask us to delete log entries. Just know the honest limits before you write.
Our analytics logs are keyed to hashed identifiers, not names or raw IP addresses. That is a privacy protection we built on purpose, but it cuts both ways: we often cannot link a log line to a specific person, even when that person is asking us to.
That is why the details in the table above matter. The approximate date and time you used the site, the public username you searched, and your country are what make a good-faith search of our logs possible. We will not collect extra data about you just to identify you later.
The full picture of what we keep, for how long, and what we can and cannot find is in the rights section of our privacy policy.
Usually within a few business days. We handle removal and privacy requests first whenever we can.
In short: we aim to reply within a few business days, and we handle removal and privacy requests first whenever we can.
We are a small team, and we answer email ourselves. That means honest timing rather than a call-center promise: most messages get a reply within a few business days. Copyright takedowns, profile removal requests, and privacy requests go to the front of the line whenever we can manage it.
If something urgent has gone unanswered for a week, reply to your own message to bump it. It genuinely helps.
No phone support, no restoring removed Instagram content, no paid placements.
In short: three questions we get a lot, and the answer to all of them is no.
Do you have phone support? No. We are a small team, not a call center, and most questions need us to check logs or test a tool before we can answer properly. Email gives us that time and gives you a written record.
Can you restore something Instagram removed? No. Tracygram only shows content that is currently public on Instagram. If a post or account disappears from Instagram, it disappears from our tools as our short-lived cache expires: the fresh copy expires within about 12 hours, and even the stale backup copy is gone within about a week. We do not keep archives.
Do you offer paid placements or sponsorships? No. There are no ads, no paid plans, and no sponsored listings on Tracygram right now. If someone claims to sell placement on our site, they do not speak for us, and we would like to hear about it.
The form below lands straight in our inbox. Include links and screenshots if they help.
Thank you for reaching out. We have received your message and will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
